Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 boiled and deboned chicken breasts
    1 pkg. frozen mixed veggies
    3 medium cooked and diced potatoes
    1 small onion, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. broth from chicken
    2 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation
    Debone and dice chicken and set aside.
    Mix together in large bowl vegetables, potatoes, onions, soup and broth, salt and pepper. Add chicken.
    Line casserole dish with 1 pie crust.
    Pour in chicken mixture.
    Cover mixture with the other pie crust.
    Cut 2 to 4 slits for vents to prevent mixture from boiling over.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until crust is golden brown.
