Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast
    3 Tbsp. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 eggs
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    This makes 3 coffee cakes or about 60 rolls.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Dissolve sugar, shortening and salt in boiling water in small saucepan.
    When cool, pour into large bowl.
    Add yeast, eggs and 2 cups flour.
    Beat with mixer until frothy.
    Add 3 more cups of flour; mix well.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight or until needed.
    Will keep 7 to 10 days.
