Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    salt to taste
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    Tater Tots (to cover casserole)
Preparation
    Spread ground beef in an 8 x 12 x 2-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Drain off grease.
    Mix soup with 1/2 can water and cover casserole. Layer Tater Tots and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until browned.
