Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    cherries (optional)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 small green pepper
Preparation
    Cook meatballs.
    Drain fat from skillet and remove meatballs. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet.
    Stir in pineapple (with syrup), vinegar and soy sauce.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat.
    Add meatballs.
    Cover and simmer about 10 minutes.
    Stir in green pepper and simmer 5 more minutes.
