Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Sprinkle sugar over chopped vegetables.
    Mix vinegar, oil, salt, celery seed and mustard.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 3 minutes.
    Cool.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Keep refrigerated.
