My Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except soup.
    Form into a loaf and place in roasting pan.
    Pour soup over meat.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Yield: 6 servings.
