Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 stick butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except butter.
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish in 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove; pour batter over butter.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
