Seven Layer Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
2 egg whites
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 to 6 sliced bananas
1 c. sliced strawberries
2 c. whipped topping
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Cut margarine into flour until crumbly.
Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Beat powdered sugar, egg whites and softened margarine until smooth.
Spread on cooled layer.
Drain pineapple.
Spread over second layer.
Slice bananas and distribute over the pineapple.
Slice the strawberries and spread over the bananas.
Spread the whipped topping over the strawberries.
Sprinkle the nuts over the whipped topping layer. This serves 12 to 15.
