Chicken Breasts In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard or 1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    2 or 3 chicken breasts, cut in half
    orange pieces or pineapple chunks (optional)
Preparation
    Season and brown chicken breasts in a small amount of fat. Remove from skillet.
    Mix flour, sugar, mustard, orange juice, cinnamon and ginger together.
    Stir into drippings.
    Bring to a boil and return chicken to sauce.
    Cover tightly and simmer until tender.
    You may add orange pieces or pineapple chunks and heat just before serving.
    Serve with rice and green peas.
