Easy Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. melted shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    4 1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water in large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients in order given, mixing well.
    Roll on floured surface and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake in greased pan at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
