Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boiled chicken, cut into chunks and cooked
1 c. sour cream
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese
1 pkg. flour tortillas
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Mix cut up chicken with spices and sour cream in bowl.
Use mixture to fill tortillas and roll up and place in casserole dish (greased).
Chop onions and green peppers.
Saute in oil.
Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour on top of tortillas and top with cheese.
Bake for 25 minute at 350\u00b0.
