Bean And Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can French-style beans, drained
    1 (No. 303) can peas, drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
    2 stalks celery, diced
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine vegetables and salt.
    Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Refrigerate overnight.
