R V Chicken Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
3 lb. chicken legs, skin removed
1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Sprinkle rice evenly on bottom of pan.
Mix chicken soup and water together and pour over rice.
Place chicken on top of rice.
Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
