Creamy Frozen Fruit Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping
    fresh mint (optional)
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Set aside 18 oranges and 9 cherry halves for garnish.
    Chop remaining cherries.
    Add pineapple, pecans and cherries to the cream cheese mixture.
    Fold in whipped topping and remaining oranges.
    Line muffin cups with paper or foil liners.
    Spoon mixture into cups; garnish with cherries, oranges and mint. Freeze until firm.
    Can also put in a 10 x 10-inch dish and freeze, then cut into squares.
