Coffee Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. marshmallows
    1 c. strong coffee
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 small pkg. dates, chopped
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 small bottle maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
    1 box graham crackers, crushed fine
Preparation
    Melts marshmallows in double boiler, add hot coffee; blend and set aside to cool.
    Whip
    cream and fold into cooled mixture, then add cherries, dates and nuts.
    Sprinkle generously finely crushed graham cracker crumbs into a large dish, then pour in the mixture, covering top with crumbs and (if desired) chopped nuts.
    Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
    Serve with cream topped with a cherry.
