Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. prepared biscuit mix
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 c. pumpkin
5 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Mix all except pumpkin and eggs well in electric mixer or blender.
Add pumpkin and eggs.
Pour into 2 greased pie pans. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Chill before cutting.
This pie makes its own crust!
