Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1 c. macaroni (uncooked)
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Fry sausage until brown and drain.
    Add pepper, macaroni, tomatoes and garlic salt.
    Let cook all together, covered, for about 30 minutes.
    Take off stove and pour into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Add cheese and sour cream.
    Mix up well.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
