Peanut Butter Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter-flavored solid shortening
    2 sticks butter, softened
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, cream shortening, butter, cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
    Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Gradually add flour mixture to cream mixture, blending well.
    Add vanilla. Pour batter into greased Bundt pan.
    Place in cold oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
