Marinated Eye Of Round - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. gin (optional)
    1/2 c. oil
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 to 4 lb. eye of round roast
Preparation
    Combine and pour over roast.
    Cover and refrigerate 24 to 48 hours.
    Turn 3 to 4 times.
    Remove from marinade.
    Towel dry and roast at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Slice thin for sandwich.
