Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. plain flour
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Melt margarine in baking dish.
    Mix pineapple chunks, sugar, plain flour and grated cheese; pour in baking dish.
    Top with crushed crackers and dab 1 tablespoon of margarine on top.
    Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown at 350\u00b0.
