Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes
    1 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. seeded jalapenos
    1 tsp. dried cilantro or 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop onion, jalapeno, cilantro and garlic in food processor until fine.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Chop to blend. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
