Strawberry Pie(Fresh) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin powder
    1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, syrup and water together.
    Bring to a boil and cook until thick and clear.
    Add gelatin powder, stirring until
    dissolved.
    Cool.
    Arrange
    strawberries
    to cover bottom of baked
    pie shell.
    Pour cooled gelatin mixture over strawberries and chill until set.
    Makes 8 servings.
