Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms (optional)
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    3/4 stick oleo
Preparation
    Brown rice and onion in oleo.
    Stir often until slightly brown.
    Dissolve beef cubes in hot water and add to rice and onion.
    Place in Pyrex baking dish.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour in 325\u00b0 oven.
