Ham And Cheese Oven Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. diced ham, or cooked crisp bacon, cut up
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat eggs, milk and seasonings.
Mix in remaining foods.
Pour into greased 11 x 7-inch or 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes, or until omelet is set.
