Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) roast
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. Italian salad mix
    1 sprinkle of pepper
Preparation
    After washing meat, place meat in large casserole dish.
    Pour water, Italian mix and sprinkle of pepper.
    Place meat in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
