Peach Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chopped peaches
    7 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    No. 2 can crushed pineapple
    1 large pkg. orange Jell-O
Preparation
    Mix together in saucepan peaches, sugar, lemon juice and pineapple; stir, bring to full boil.
    Boil 15 minutes on medium high.
    Add 1 large package orange Jell-O (6 ounces) and boil for 5 minutes.
    Makes 5 1/2 pints.
