Avocado Crab Dip(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
juice of 1 lemon
1 lb. fresh or frozen crabmeat
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped scallion
1 Tbsp. capers
1/2 tsp. salt
black pepper
tortilla chips
Preparation

Mash avocado with lemon.
Add crabmeat and mix gently.
In a separate bowl, combine next 6 ingredients and mix well.
Fold in avocado-crab mixture.
Chill before serving with tortilla chips.
