Fish Fillet In Tomato Sauce(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    2 lb. fish fillets
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. white wine
    16 oz. Italian tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place oil, half onion and parsley in baking dish.
    Place fillets on top.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
