Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
5 Tbsp. melted butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
2 eggs
3 large bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix crumbs with melted butter.
Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
Beat powdered sugar, vanilla and butter for 10 minutes. This step is very important.
Add eggs and continue to beat. Spread over crumbs.
Peel bananas and cut in lengthwise halves. Place over cream layer.
Spoon pineapple over bananas.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Chill for 4 hours.
