Thai Shrimp And Sesame Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium-sized shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Newman's Own light Italian Salad Dressing
    2 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. grated ginger root
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. angel hair pasta
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
    1 medium-size carrot, shredded
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix shrimp with 1/3 cup salad dressing. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or less.
