Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. finely chopped almonds or walnuts
Preparation

Whip together first 5 ingredients.
Combine next 4 ingredients and stir into first mixture.
When well blended, divide into three loaves and arrange on a greased cookie sheet (lengthwise).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
