Grape Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Concord grapes, stemmed
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Wash and drain grapes.
    Remove skins, but do not discard. Place grape pulp in a saucepan; bring slowly to a boil.
    Boil for 5 minutes and force through a sieve to remove seeds.
    Combine sieved pulp and skins.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and salt; add to pulp.
    Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add cinnamon and butter; cool.
    Turn into baked shell.
