Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients in bowl.
Mix well.
Spoon into a lightly greased shallow 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese and top with potato chips.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Great served in pita pockets.
