Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chopped sauerkraut
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut well and squeeze dry.
    May be rinsed in cold water first.
    Add diced ingredients and mix.
    Add sugar and mix. Combine vinegar and oil; pour into other ingredients and toss well.
    Refrigerate.
    Will keep 6 to 8 weeks.
