Sherry Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew beef
    2 cans mushroom soup (undiluted)
    3/4 c. sherry
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cut beef into small pieces.
    Place in casserole dish with rest of ingredients and cook, covered, for 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8. Serve over noodles or rice.
