Busy Day Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 lb. pot roast or chuck
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry soup mix
Preparation

Place roast in a large, heavy pan (an iron skillet with lid is ideal); spread mushroom soup over the meat and sprinkle mix over the top.
(Do not use salt.)
Surround meat with whole, peeled potatoes and carrots, if you wish, to complete your meal.
Cover pan and bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
