Health Food Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. honey
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 c. carob powder
    1 c. sesame seeds (raw)
    1 c. sunflower seeds (raw)
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins or dates
Preparation
    In medium saucepan heat until smooth the honey, peanut butter and carob powder.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Place in 8 x 8-inch pan and chill.
