Quick Fried Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. skinned chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    lemon pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat.
    Salt and dip each piece of chicken breast in flour.
    Brown well on both sides and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour lemon juice over fried pieces and sprinkle with lemon pepper.
    Simmer another minute and serve.
