Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped raw apples
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Sift powdered sugar into bowl.
Moisten with water and vanilla.
Drizzle over cake.
If glaze is too stiff, add a little more water.
Decorate top of cake with pecan halves.
