Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken cutlets (thighs and breasts)
butter
2 bags broccoli cuts
2 cans golden mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Cheddar cheese (sharp)
bread crumbs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Fill bottom of pan with broccoli.
Fry chicken (light brown). Lay chicken on top of broccoli (let frozen broccoli thaw a little). Mix soups with 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Pour over chicken.
Then shred cheese and sprinkle some bread crumbs on top.
Dab with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve over white rice.
