Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    sliced apples (enough to fill an 8 x 11-inch pan)
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. oatmeal
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter and flour and mix in the oatmeal.
    Line bottom and sides of pan with mixture.
    Fill with the cut apples and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and dot with butter.
    Cover the apples with the remaining mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes or until apples are done.
