Brunch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced bacon
    12 to 14 eggs
    1 1/4 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. vanilla
    fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Crumble.
    Beat eggs in large bowl. Add bacon, cottage cheese, pineapple and vanilla.
    Pour into greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
