Ham 'N Swiss Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fully cooked ham, cut into small pieces
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease pie plate or quiche dish; sprinkle ham, cheese, onion and bell pepper in plate.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on High or 1 minute with hand mixer.
    Pour over ham/cheese mixture. Bake until golden brown, about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Serve.
