Rainbow Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
6 strips bacon
1 lb. hamburger meat
Preparation

Drain corn and put over rice (I use Minute rice), then pour into bottom of casserole dish.
Chop onions and bell pepper together and make a layer over the other.
Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Pour other can of tomato sauce.
Cut bacon strips into fourths and layer.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and cook another 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
