Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 garlic bud, diced
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. tomatoes, cooked
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Saute pepper, celery, onion and garlic in oleo.
    Add rice and tomatoes.
    Spoon into casserole.
    Arrange fryer pieces on top of rice.
    Combine soup and water; pour over rice and chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
