Best Seller Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
    Add eggs, buttermilk and margarine.
    Stir only until the flour is moistened.
    (Never mind a few lumps).
    Cook on a hot, lightly greased griddle or skillet. Yields 18 (4-inch) pancakes.
