Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 c. cream-style corn
    3/4 c. Mazola oil
    1 c. grated cheese
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all except Cheddar cheese.
    Pour half into greased pan. Spread grated cheese over and pour remaining mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
