Francais With Chicken, Veal, Shrimp, Fish Or Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken, veal, shrimp, fish or lobster
    eggs
    flour
    oil
    margarine
    lemon juice
    white wine
    salt and pepper
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Pound and wash meat.
    Add a little water to eggs and whisk. Flour meat.
    Put oil in pan and heat until very hot.
    Add meat and cook until light brown.
    Empty oil from pan.
    Put
    margarine, lemon juice, white wine, along with meat already in pan.
    Salt and pepper.
    Add mushrooms.
    Fix rice with bay leaf, lemon, margarine, chicken flavor and bouillon cube.
