Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. carrots, grated
Preparation

Blend sugar and oil.
Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Add carrots.
Bake in 3 round cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
