Chinese Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans white tuna (flaked)
    2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    2 c. celery, minced
    1 green pepper, minced
    1 red pepper or pimiento
    1 pkg. frozen, cooked peas
    2 cans Chinese noodles
    1 c. mayonnaise (thin with)
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    To marinate:
    Mix all night before except noodles.
    Cover. Add noodles and serve with filled eggs, olives and rolls.
    Parsley for trim.
    Serves 10.
